WHY CNC LASER CUTTING?

A CNC laser cuts metal from a digital file, so every part comes out the same as the last one, whether you need one piece or a hundred. It's fast, it handles detailed shapes and tight patterns that are hard to cut by hand, and it leaves a clean edge that often needs little finishing. It also reduces material waste, because parts are nested together on the sheet. For brackets, plates, panels, signs and custom parts, laser cutting is usually the quickest and most economical way to get accurate flat parts.

WHY JADE?

Laser cutting is only part of the job. A flat part has to be cut accurately, then bent, welded and finished to fit and function where it's going. Because we fabricate in our own shop, we can take your project from a drawing to a finished product, instead of you sending parts between a cutter, a bender and a welder.
